TAXES

Government duty/ies, levy/ies, tax/es, or such charge/s if any, will be invoiced – and to be paid extra over merchandise value.

WARRANTY

ZJ follows industry’s best standards in prêt sourcing, or bespoke manufacturing, and follows stringent QAQC policies to ensure merchandise free from any material or workmanship deficiency/ies at the time of delivery; patron/s is/are requested to inspect and verify the merchandise before accepting the delivery, ZJ doesn’t warrant any form of damage, breakage, loose fitting/s and/or any such claim/s thereafter. 

RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND REFUND

Once invoiced, in any circumstance/s no merchandise (prêt-à-porter and/or bespoke) will be accepted for return or exchange, or refund.

REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE

All products warranty/ies ceases once the delivery/ies is/are accepted, any repair / alteration thereafter will be invoiced as per current prevailing rate of precious metal/s and/or any assembly/ies, plus the labour charge/s. 

BUY BACK

ZJ validates buy back of merchandise exclusively purchased from ZJ’s store/s, and unaltered; patron/s must retain and produce the original invoice as proof of purchase. Every ZJ buy back is subject to approval of ZJQC Department – the validate merchandise will be valued and transacted at 100% of metal, and 90% of diamond/precious stone ‘purchase price’, prevailing on the day of buy back; the buy back payout will be paid by cheque deducting Government duty/ies, levy/ies, tax/es, or such charge/s, if any. 

SERVICE/S

From the date of transaction, this invoice carries one-year free merchandise cleaning service.
